The wedding attire is semi-formal. If you are looking for an example, we recommend suits & ties for men and semi-formal dresses, pantsuits, etc. for women. In case it is helpful for shoe selection, if the weather is nice, the ceremony will take place outside on lawn.
As much as we'd love to expand the party, we unfortunately do not have space for everyone. We ask our guests to please not bring a plus one unless specifically noted on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
As much as we'd like to invite your children, we can only accommodate a few previously discussed close family children. We hope that you understand and that you will still be able to join us to celebrate.
Yes! Free shuttle transportation will be available to and from our hotel blocks and the venue. SHUTTLE DEPARTURE TO VENUE - Departs NYLO Hotel at 4pm - Departs Hilton Garden Inn at 4:15pm - Arrives at Harbor Lights (Venue) at 4:30pm SHUTTLE DEPARTURE TO HOTELS - Shuttle 1 departs Harbor Lights at 10:30pm and drops off at both hotels - Shuttle 2 departs Harbor Lights at approx. 11:40pm (right after Wedding concludes) and drops off at both hotels ---- If you are not staying at the hotels, ride share (Uber and Lyft) is easily accessible across Rhode Island. If you are not planning on taking one of the shuttles we encourage you to use these services so that you have easy access to the venue and can safely enjoy the night's festivities and open bar! While this is not a hosted event, we will be at the bar at Chelo's on the Waterfront from 8:00pm-10:30pm on Friday. We would love for you to come by and say hello if you are already in town! Please see the schedule tab of our website for more information.
There won't be a separate after party after the reception. However, the party at Harbor Lights will be extended until 11:30pm for extra celebrating and dancing!
Yes! After an amazing response for interest in our Sunday Funday event, we have decided to move it from our house to a larger space at Smug Brewery, which is close by. We will be having a casual afternoon event at the brewery from 1-4pm. If you are still around the area and would like to come by, we would love to see you. We will be bringing in lunch food and the brewery also sells a variety of beer, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic beverages for those that are interested. All details can be found in the schedule section of our website.
