The shuttle will be coming to and from the Hyatt Centric, but you are of course welcome to book a stay at a different hotel if you prefer. While we haven't vetted every hotel on this list, you can use the link below to see a wide range of other available hotels in the area, some of which will have an event discount.

Flight

San Jose International Airport (SJC)* or San Franscisco International Airport (SFO)

There are two main airports in the Bay Area: San Jose International Airport (SJC) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO). They are about the same distance from our recommended hotel (the Hyatt Centric Mountain View), so if one has significantly better flights than the other, they are both great options. If both have equivalent flight options, we'd recommend flying into and out of the San Jose airport, because it tends to be less crowded.

Getting from the Airport to the Hotel

It is usually very easy to order an Uber or a Lyft to get from either SJC or SFO to the Mountain View/Menlo Park/Woodside area, so that would be our recommendation. We will be providing a shuttle from the Hyatt Centric hotel to the wedding venue and back, so it's not necessary to rent a car, unless you'd like to go on other adventures in the area! If you'd rather take public transportation from the airport to the hotel, neither airport has a direct route on the train, but both are pretty doable if you're willing to take one Caltrain ride and one or two buses. Shuttle

Shuttle from the Main Hotel to the Ceremony

We will provide shuttles from the main hotel (Hyatt Centric Mountain View) to the ceremony at Mountain Terrace. All shuttles will depart at 1:45pm, so that everyone can arrive by 2:30pm and have a few minutes to settle in before the ceremony begins. We will also provide shuttles back to the Hyatt Centric Mountain View after the reception. *For Local Guests or those planning to travel by Uber or Lyft:* If you'd like to drive to the venue, there is plenty of parking! That said, the road up is very windy, so if you'd rather not drive on switchbacks after a long night, you are welcome to drive to the Hyatt Centric Mountain View and take the shuttle to and from the venue instead. It should be easy to get an Uber or Lyft from anywhere in the Bay Area to our venue site, Mountain Terrace. HOWEVER, Mountain Terrace let us know that it is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to get an Uber or Lyft ride back down the mountain from the venue. Thus, if you are planning to take an Uber or Lyft *to* the venue, please plan to take the shuttle back down the mountain to the Hyatt Centric Mountain View, and then Uber or Lyft to your destination from there. Your decision about which shuttles you will be taking will be included in your RSVP, as we may have more people on the return shuttles than the shuttles to Mountain Terrace.
