Will there be room blocks at a hotel?

Answer

Because the ceremony and reception are in separate areas of town, we decided not to do any room blocks to allow our guests to decide what part of town they want to stay at.

When should I secure a hotel or AirBnB?

Answer

We purposely planned the wedding the same weekend and National Firefighter Memorial weekend. This means it will be a busy weekend, as firefighters from all over the nation come for the memorial. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!

Will there be provided transportation from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

No, but we are working on getting a small bus to get guests from the reception back to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort after. Please let Alysha or Michael know if you are choosing to stay there.
