What time should I arrive?

EN: Ceremony starts at 4:30 pm and we recommend arriving 30–45 minutes early to park, find your seat, and get settled. ES: La ceremonia comenzará a las 4:30 p.m. Por favor planea llegar 30–45 minutos antes y estar sentado a las 4:00 p.m. para poder comenzar puntualmente.

What is the dress code?
Answer
EN: The dress code is formal attire (long/mid-length dresses, suits, no jeans). Summer colors and florals are encouraged but wear what makes you happy. Please refrain from wearing white or blush pink. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. ES: El código de vestimenta es formal (vestidos largos o de largo medio, trajes, sin jeans). EN: We request that plus ones be reserved for married and engaged guests only unless approved otherwise. Your invitation will indicate if a plus-one is included as well. EN: We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos and videos. Our photographer and videographer will capture the special moments, and we’ll share them with you afterward! EN: I know there can be many travel questions as a majority of our guests are travelling out of state! Under the Travel section in our website, we have provided a list of nearby airports and hotels. We also recommend looking on Airbnb for other housing selections in Lynchburg/Forest area, which are all relatively close to the Venue. Please book your reservation ASAP as they will sell out the closer we get to the wedding date!
