Question

IMPORTANT INFORMATION !!!

Answer

I was notified in the last two weeks that on our wedding day there is the Maryland Cycling Class, a bike race that starts in Harbor Point, Fells point and goes through Baltimore City with expected road closures throughout. The road closures will be announced by early next week and I will update this section with information as I find out more details! Please allow for extra time to get to the ceremony and use Waze if able to navigate road closures and detours. I've provided the link to the course map for you to have an idea of the route until I have more information... https://www.marylandcyclingclassic.us/course/

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at both the ceremony and reception. No need to worry about street parking for either location! For Loyola, the closest lot is Jenkins Parking Lot, which is free when entering the lot up to 1.5 hr prior to start time and is a 1-3 min walk to the chapel. There is another lot on N Charles St and Cold Spring Lane for free which is a 3-10 walk to the chapel.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you plan to arrive at the ceremony venue no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. This will allow ample time for parking, finding your seat, getting settled in, etc. before our prompt 3:30pm start time!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Cocktail Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses are perfect. If you're feeling fancy, tuxes and gowns are also welcome!

Question

Is there an after party?

Answer

While there is no true after party planned, we would love to encourage our friends to treat yourselves to a little staycation and join us at the hotel bar after True Chesapeake!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but if you would like to give us something, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be the most appreciated!
