When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2021.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotels to the event?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle service will be provided. Destinations will be in the Tamworth and Conway areas. As of now, the shuttle will be going to the Days Inn in Tamworth, Hampton Inn and North Conway Grand Hotel in North Conway.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, we have plenty of free parking right at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Please keep in mind, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be in the grass. You may want to avoid choosing heels that will sink in.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for cocktail hour, then it will switch to a cash bar. Although cash is the preferred payment method (to keep the line moving), they do accept major credit cards. Please don't forget to tip the bartender, thank you!

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors with reception to follow in the 1800s restored barn.
