ONLY guests included on the RSVP list will be allowed entry to BOTH the ceremony and reception. We, cannot and will not accommodate additional guests.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an ADULT ONLY event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
This is a semi formal event. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are a little too much, but the likes of khakis, jeans, and polo shirts are far too little. Semi formal is a simplified version of formal with a slightly more playful spirit. In no way does this dress code mean “casual” of any kind. It's best to choose attire that is elegant and sophisticated, but not overly extravagant.
We kindly ask that you AVOID colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams.
The ceremony will take place outside, along with the cocktail hour. The reception will take place in doors. All three events are at the same location!
Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask ALL phones and cameras to be PUT AWAY and there will be no photos and videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos through the course of the reception! This is such a special day for us we have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate with us!
We ask that all guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin at 5:15. This will be to accomadate for parking and preferred seating. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, unfortunately you will have to wait to join us at the reception.
There is street parking located near the front entrance but do check the street signs because there are some spots that will only allow two-hour parking. We recommend using ride-sharing services.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date we have provided, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in a timely manner they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!
