Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Answer
Yes, our ceremony and reception will be held in the same room at the Fairmont Pittsburgh
Question
Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes after our ceremony in the ballroom we will exit to the foyer for cocktail hour. The ballroom will be flipped for the reception during that time.

Is the block of rooms located at the venue?
Answer
Yes the block of rooms are within the same building. No travel outdoors will be needed.

If flying what is the best way to get to the venue?
Answer
The airport is about 20 minutes from the venue in downtown Pittsburgh. We would recommend Uber, Lyft, or a cab.

Where should we park?
Answer
There is parking in the building. Entrance is to the left of the hotel entrance. There are also garages within walking distance. We recommend the 6th & Penn garage which is 1 block away. Please note the Pittsburgh Arts Festival begins June 2nd so event rates may apply for garages.

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will be denoted on your invitation.

No this is an adult only wedding with the exception of immediate family.

Where are you registered?
Answer
We are registered at Crate and Barrell, Target, and Amazon. We have some additional items from other websites and group funds on our Zola website. Reference the registry section of our website for details.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 254 Grace Manor Dr. A wedding card box will be at our reception

What time should I arrive before the ceremony?
Answer
We suggest arriving 30 minutes early to ensure you have plenty of time to walk to the venue and be seated. The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm.

I’m flying in from out of town, what do you suggest we do during the day?
Answer
The Pittsburgh Arts Festival begins June 2nd and will be held right around the venue. The North Shore has restaurants, river walk, and some cool places to hang out. You can take the T (subway) from the Gateway station to the North Side station. It’s 1 stop and it’s free from those 2 stations.
