When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your RSVPs in no later than August 16th 2025, if it is not in by then we will have to mark you as a ‘no’ to be able to give final counts to our vendors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all your kiddos this is a kid free event, come enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your RSVP card to see how many guests we have given, we are unable to accommodate any extra guests that have not received a formal invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal, we want you to take this as a time to dress up. The only thing we ask is please avoid neon or overly bright colors to make sure everyone fits in for photos. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive about 15 minutes before the ceremony as we will be starting promptly at 5 pm

Where can I stay near the venue?

Answer

We are not too far out of Fresno but if you need a room there is only one place to stay in Kingsburg, the Fairfield Inn and Suites.
