Please RSVP by September 20, 2026.
Please RSVP online by scanning the QR code on your invitation. It will take you directly to our wedding website, where you can respond for you and your household. We are only accepting RSVP's through our wedding website and will not be using mail-back RSVP cards.
Unless your children's names are included on the invitation and RSVP, we're not able to extend the invitation to them. Thank you for understanding as we work with our venue's capacity.
We will be sending out invitations in early August so keep an eye on your mail box around that time! When you receive your invite in the mail, is when online RSVP will be available.
Due to limited space and budget, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring a plus one unless your invitation specifically includes their name. When you RSVP, you'll see the guests included on your invitation. Our venue has limited space, so we're only able to accommodate those specific guests and can't add additional people.
Your love and presence at our wedding are truly the greatest gifts. Instead of a traditional registry, we've created a honeymoon fund for anyone who would like to contribute. You're welcome to gift through our wedding website or by using the QR codes on the tables during the reception. We will also happily accept cards and gifts at the wedding. Please know that gifts and money are absolutely not expected- we're just grateful to celebrate with you.
We've listed nearby hotel options on the "travel" tab of our wedding website for your convenience.
We're not able to provide group transportation, so guests will need to arrange their own rides to and from the venue. Ride shares, taxis, and carpooling with other guests are all great options.
Our dress code is semi-formal cocktail attire. Think dresses, jumpsuits, and button-downs with slacks (ties and jackets are welcome but not required). November in Tahoe can be chilly so we recommend layers or a coat for the outdoor portions of the evening.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors in Lake Tahoe, with the reception indoors right afterward. November in Tahoe can be chilly, so please dress warmly and bring a coat or wrap - you'll be much more comfortable during the ceremony.
We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony- no phones or personal photos during the ceremony. We'll have a professional photographer and videographer there to capture every moment, and we can't wait to share those with you! However, during the reception you're more than welcome to take photos and videos!
We're excited to be serving a grazing table and a build-your-own bruschetta bar for appetizers and a build-your-own taco bar for the main course, so you can mix, match, and create a plate that's perfect for you. For dessert, we'll have a cupcake and dessert bar with a variety of sweet treats, including some gluten-free options. We'll be hosting an open bar with a selection of beer, champagne, and wine, along with non-alcoholic options such as sodas, iced tea, and water. To keep things fun and safe for everyone, shots will not be served, and we kindly ask guests to drink responsibly throughout the night. Please note that we will not have separate vegetarian or vegan entrees. However, with our appetizers and main course being build-your-own style, you'll be able to customize your plate to fit your preferences and dietary needs using the available toppings and sides.
