Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Sonesta Hotel in White Plains to The Briarcliff Manor and back. The shuttle will be leaving the Sonesta at 10:10am. All shuttles have to go through the back of the hotel off Paulding Street. Please choose LL – lower level – in the elevator. Upon exiting, take a left and the shuttle area is straight ahead. On the way back, the shuttle will leave the venue at 3:40pm. It will first stop at the Sonesta. It will wait at the Sonesta for 10 minutes and then do a drop off at Ron Blacks. If you need more time at the hotel, no worries, Ron Blacks is in walking distance from the hotel. You can walk up Maple Avenue 2 blocks and enter the bar from their rear entrance on Waller Avenue.

Is the wedding reception a brunch?

Answer

Yes it is! Brunch is, in our opinion, the best meal of the day. We will still have food, drinks and dancing!

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting we will be having both the ceremony and the cocktail hour outside, followed by the reception inside.

Can you explain the after party a bit more?

Answer

We will provide drinks and light snacks at Ron Blacks in downtown White Plains to continue the fun. All are welcomed to join! There are many other bars near by if you wanted to party all night long.

What is the parking situation for the after party?

Answer

For anyone driving to the after party, there is a municipal parking lot behind Ron Blacks that is located off of Waller Avenue. If the lot is full there is a parking garage (behind the lot) on the other side of Waller Avenue.

Is there a group code for the Sonesta Hotel?

Answer

Yes! The code is G081923BBWR. We understand that some of the invitations were missing the last "R" at the end.
