Are there Hotel blocks?

Please check out the Hotel Tab of the website! We am doing our best to get everyone discounted rates with a few of the closest Hotels we can find to the venue. Please be sure to book your rooms as soon as you can as I will only have blocks/discounted rates for a short period of time. All information on this can be found under Hotel.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Under the RSVP tab of our website, you will want to type in any first and last name on your invitation. The website will bunch together your entire party including children and plus one's, please be sure to respond if they will be attending. Also let us know if there are any dietary restrictions we may need to know about when you RSVP!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that RSVP's be back by August 9th, as we will need to have final counts for the bar services and caterer very shortly after! If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reach out!

Will there be help for Handicap?
Answer
Yes, the venue will have a golf cart running from parking to your seat if any assistance is needed upon arrival as well as from ceremony seating to the barn!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We would like to see everyone try to find child care if possible and enjoy the weekend/day kid free. If you are not able to find child care, please bring them and be sure to include them in the RSVP, we have invited everyone including children because we know sometimes that can be the make or break in being able to attend. (Michaela loves to have the kids there, they know how to dance and have fun lol)

Please just let us know as soon as possible, so we can make adjustments and arrangements!

What time should I be there?

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm, we would suggest arriving 20-30 minutes prior to allow enough time for parking and to find a seat!

Will there be a Bar?
Answer
We will be having an open Bar! There will be a few different types of beer wine and seltzers and a his and hers signature cocktail. Due to venue policy and regulations, guest are NOT ALLOWED to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will not be transportation so please plan ahead and drink responsibly if you do need to drive!
