5:00 PM wedding guests arrive, bar open and first round of appetizers available
6:00 PM Ceremony
6:30 PM Family photos and 2nd round of appetizers
7:00 PM Entrance and dinner
7:45 PM Toasts and first dance
8-8:45 PM Michaela and TaNN take photos at beach
9:00 PM Cake cutting (we ask kids to leave after dessert or when parents see fit)
9:30 PM Dancing, first round of shuttle service begins
1130 PM Bar closed
12 midnight Wedding guests depart
