You should arrive at the ceremony between 4:45 to 5:00 p.m.

I would recommend that you stay in a hotel close to the Buccaneer or at the Buccaneer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There will be adequate parking available.

Are kids welcome?

Of course they are welcomed, as long as they do not disrupt the flow of the ceremony.

Yes, please send in the request as soon as possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

You can send in a special request for transportation if you have none available. The request would have to be sent in a few days before the ceremony.
