We ask that our guests attend in formal attire. For men we request suit and ties. For women we request full length or midi gowns. The theme is French garden party so we would love to see our guests in pastels or bright colors, florals are encouraged! Try to avoid dark colors such as black, grey, brown, navy or maroon. We will provide transportation from all 4 hotels to the venue and the the after party. Please be outside your hotel 5 minutes before estimated pickup Pick up Shuttle Schedule: Holiday Inn: 4:10pm, 4:40pm Hampton Inn and Suites: 4:20pm Fairfield Inn: 4:25pm Drop Off will run in a circle from Shepherds run to all the hotels and the after party, from 10:30pm until 1am (last shuttle leaves from Audrey’s at 1am)

If you are driving directly to the ceremony please arrive no earlier than 4:30 and no later than 5pm. If you are taking the shuttle from the hotel, please be ready to take a shuttle at approximately 4:15 or 4:40pm.
All guests are specified on the envelope of your invitation, if you don't have both names or & guest on your invite than you do not have a plus one. RSVP's on the website are only assigned to invited guests.
This is a strictly 21+ event, no kids are allowed besides the ring bearer and flower girl who will be leaving before the reception.
Any allergies should be listed when you make your meal choice, if you don't see anything you can eat listed please notify me and I will make sure you are accommodated.
There is a parking lot at Shepherd's Run.
There will be an after party at Audrey's from 11pm-1am, transportation will be provided to the hotels before and after the after party.
