Participants will prepare a traditional four-course Italian meal, including fresh pasta made from scratch, while learning authentic Tuscan techniques. Guests rotate between prepping, cooking, and plating before sitting down to enjoy the meal together. Two menu options are available, featuring dishes such as bruschetta, ravioli, Cinta Senese ragù, pork loin, and tiramisu. Still and sparkling water and red and white wine (one bottle per three guests) are included. Staff manage grocery shopping and full clean-up.

Guests who would like to explore the beautiful countryside around Volterra can sign up for an optional horseback riding excursion through the rolling Tuscan hills. This relaxing ride follows quiet dirt and field roads on gentle, well-trained horses, offering a peaceful way to take in the landscape where you may even spot local wildlife such as pheasants, deer, or wild boar. The activity is available for a maximum of 5 riders at a time. Pricing is €35 per person for a 1-hour ride or €45 per person for a 1 hour 30 minute ride. Scooter Rentals Guests who would like to explore the Tuscan countryside can rent a Vespa scooter for a fun and scenic way to visit nearby villages and roads. Rentals are €50 per day or €300 for the week and include helmets, insurance, roadside assistance, a storage bag, and unlimited kilometers. Bike & E-Bike Rentals Guests can also explore the area by bike or e-bike, with several options available including city bikes, trekking bikes, and electric mountain bikes. Rentals start at €40–€60 per day, and include a helmet, lock, pump, and repair kit. Bikes can be delivered to the villa for a €100 fee if you’d like to ride during your stay.
Guests looking for a little adventure can sign up for a 2-hour escorted quad biking experience through the beautiful Tuscan countryside. After a short practice session, you’ll follow a local guide through vineyards, forests, small villages, and countryside roads for a unique way to explore the area. Riders must be 18+ with an international driving license. Pricing starts at €110 for two people sharing one quad, with a minimum of four participants required.
