Welcome to Cinco Cerros Rainforest! Just 3 minutes drive from Ayampe town center, this is where we currently live, a tranquil tropical retreat nestled on one of the "Five Hills" of the coastal cordillera. We would love to host you in our home for an open air welcome dinner the evening of Thursday, April 9th. The wedding & reception are Saturday, April 11th at 5 PM at Alandaluz, a private event hotel 5 mins from Ayampe further down in the northern part of the same beach. GETTING TO AYAMPE We recommend: 1) Flying into Guayaquil airport (GYE - José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport) 2) Getting a private taxi directly to Ayampe. Michaela & Pato can organize taxi drivers we know from Ayampe. (3 hrs driving). 3) It is also an option to fly into Quito (UIO - Mariscal Sucre Quito International Airport) and either connect to Guayaquil or Manta (MEC - Eloy Alfaro International Airport) but this usually requires more flights. Taxis can be arranged from MEC (2 hrs driving).

For the wedding weekend (2 nights, Friday 10 and Saturday 11), immediate family of the bride and groom are invited to stay complimentary, at the wedding venue Alandaluz. Additionally, the bride has approximately 4 other rooms at the hotel available for family and close friends traveling from abroad to stay in during the wedding weekend, complimentary. These are available on a first-RSVP basis.

This beautiful gated hotel sits between Ayampe town center, and where Michaela and Pato live, on the Cinco Cerros. With beautiful ocean views and breezes, these suites are popular with tourists. Taxi rides or renting a car will be necessary at this hotel.

This beachfront hotel is right next to the wedding venue, Alandaluz. It's on the northern, quieter part of the large beach that Ayampe also occupies. This is a good option if you want to stay somewhere with more of a resort feel, away from the din of town, close to the wedding, and a short taxi ride or walk on the beach to reach other ammenities.
