Saturday, July 11th 2026 at our private property in Willow, Alaska on the Kashwitna River
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please arrive by 3:30 PM to park, find your seat, and settle in.
Dress code is summery, floral, and semi-formal. Think garden party vibes—dresses, suits, or separates in light fabrics and bright colors. The ceremony will be outdoors, so comfortable shoes and a light jacket for the evening are recommended. The ceremony is outdoors, but the reception is in a tent.
It takes a little under 2 hours to get from Anchorage to Willow. Since the ceremony starts at 4pm, I would leave no later than 2pm to insure enough time to find parking and be at the ceremony by 4pm.
Willow has very limited lodging options. If you want to make a weekend of it, we suggest renting an RV and staying at Susitna Landing RV park (0.4 miles from the wedding venue). If this is not your style, please reach out to Michaela at 907-362-7683, to see if there is a cabin available at Sheep Creek Lodge, or if you want to hop on the party bus. Talkeetna is 25 minutes North and Wasilla is 40 minutes South and have more lodging options.

A live band will be playing most of the night. Bring your dancing shoes!
There is limited parking, as this is on our private property. But, we have some nice neighbors that are allowing our guests to park on their property. There will be few spaces for parking (20-30 vehicles), so please consider carpooling or parking at Susitna Landing RV park and walking over (5 minute walk to ceremony).
