Scribner's Catskill Lodge
We'll have the entire grounds of Scribner's to ourselves! Enjoy the pool, play lawn games, sweat it out in the barrel saunas, read in the library, take a stroll through the meadow (trails start from lawn). You can eat at Scribner's acclaimed restaurant, Prospect, which will be open for breakfast and lunch.
Phoenicia Diner
We love Phoenicia Diner! This is a Catskills institution that has been around since the 80's with traditional diner favorites / locally sourced ingredients from Catskills / Hudson Valley local farms.
Kaaterskill Falls
There are a couple of great trails leading down to the falls! Michaela and Maddie once went hiking here during the winter, not anticipating the ice, and skid aaallll the way down the trail.
Hunter Mountain Resort
With fall foliage at its peak, take a Scenic Skyride at Hunter Mountain (right across the street)!
