Located within ~15 minutes of one another, these two mountain towns hold a special place in our hearts! In Dillon, check out Dillon Dam Brewery or Pug Ryan's for a beer, or venture down to the waterfront 'Tiki Bar' for happy hour & beautiful views. In Keystone, walk around the village, grab a bite at Kickapoo at the base of the mountain, or pop in to The Goat for some adult beverages.
Stop by the quaint mountain town of Frisco for shopping & dining. A few of our favorite places to eat and drink include Highside Brewing, The Uptown on Main (great rooftop!), and Greco's. We also love Outer Range Brewery which sits right off the Frisco / I-70 exit. And we can't forget an honorable mention of our beloved Nuevo Vallarta for Mexican food. Across Summit Blvd, visit the Frisco Bay Marina where you can rent kayaks, SUP boards, pontoon boats, and more. There is a cute "beach" area where you can dip your toes in the water, or get food and drinks at The Island Grill.
There are tons of incredible hikes throughout Summit County. Here are a few of our favorites: Easy — Meadow Loop and Ridge, Rainbow Lake Moderate — Lily Pad Lake, Acorn Creek Trail - Loop Hard — Mohawk Lakes
Sapphire Point Overlook sits between Keystone and Breckenridge on Swan Mountain Road. The views are stunning and there's a 0.6 mile loop you can take. Popular spot for a picnic or photos!
If you're looking for things to do between Denver to Breckenridge, check out the following: Golden — visit the Golden Mill or the Buffalo Rose after strolling through town or along Clear Creek Trail. Idaho Springs — take a walk down main street and order Colorado-style pizza at Beau Jo's. Georgetown — enjoy a beer at Cabin Creek Brewing, or take a ride on the historic Georgetown Loop Railroad. Loveland Pass — take in the views while driving up and over the Continental Divide. Our venue sits just on the other side!
