Yes. To enjoy the full wedding experience and access all events, guests are asked to stay on-property AND required to book through our travel agency (Yellow Umbrella Events). This makes it easier to relax, enjoy the resort’s amenities, and be part of every celebration without worrying about transportation.

Aaliyah is happy to have other kids join her in celebrating her parents! Yes, children are welcome at the resort and to all wedding events. Please be sure to include them in your RSVP with us and your booking with Yellow Umbrella when completing your reservation.
Airport transportation is included with your resort stay when you book through our group link. The resort will coordinate everything for you.
We recommend arriving at least one day before the wedding to settle in, relax, and enjoy the resort. We will have a welcome cocktail party the evening prior, December 2.
We’ll share a schedule on the website for the wedding festivities as the date approaches for the afternoon and evening of December 3. You are free to enjoy the resort and parks on your own itinerary and schedule the other days/nights you will be staying.

Early December is one of the nicest times of year in the Riviera Maya: expect warm days around 80–82 °F (about 27 °C) and balmy nights in the low-70s °F (≈ 23 °C). The sea stays warm (around 80–81 °F), so swimming and beach time are always comfortable. Rain is usually light and infrequent — just a handful of days with a quick shower — and many days are sunny or partly sunny. Overall, it’s a lovely, relaxed tropical vibe — perfect for our celebration.

Your presence is the greatest gift. We will not have a traditional registry. For those who are unable to attend and have asked for a way to contribute, we have an optional honeymoon fund.
