I worked up the courage to message Grant over Facebook after hearing about him from my sister Cassy. They were co-workers and seemed to click like brother and sister, funny how that works. Our first conversation was about Texas Roadhouse rolls and the rest is history!

Grant surprised me while on vacation with my family. After getting back from getting ice cream, my family insisted we go down to the beach for a "family picture"... of course I wasn't expecting it, so I was wearing a baseball hat and a wrist brace. We walked down to the beach to find a trail of rose petals that led me to Grant and my whole family (including our dog Ike). My son Michael ran up to us and said "Mommy, Grant looks like a prince!". It was perfect. I can't wait to start our lives together.
