Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration as long as they are included in your invitation (ie: The Withers Family).

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and dress pants and jacket (tie optional) for men. Please be aware that our ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, and there are stairs around the venue. We suggest wearing shoes that you can both dance the night away in, and walk comfortable on uneven ground!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. We have a hotel room block at the Four Points by Sheraton Scotts Valley Santa Cruz.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is fairly limited at the venue, however, we will have a shuttle running between our venue and the Four Points hotel (where we have our room block) to reduce confusion with parking.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance with your RSVP!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary beer, wine, seltzers, and signature cocktails throughout the event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by 1 April so we can plan accordingly! Anyone that does not respond by this date will unfortunately be counted as “not attending” as we need time to communicate and plan with our vendors.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
