How do I get from Calgary Airport to Canmore?

Is there parking at the Reception?

Answer

Parking is limited at the Cornerstone Theatre, but you are welcome to park in the surrounding area if the provided parking lot is full. Please see map under "Travel".

How do I get to the Ceremony?

Answer

Located directly across from the Canmore Heliport on a private access road. The address and map are provided under "Travel". There is ample parking avaliable at the Ceremony located at Canmore Ranch.

What is the dress code?

We'd love for you to join us in semi-formal or cocktail attire! Just a quick note—the weather in the Rockies can be a bit unpredictable, and evenings can get chilly, even in July. We recommend bringing a layer to stay comfortable while you enjoy the evening.

Do I need a Park Pass for Banff and Kananaskis?

Answer

Yes! If you are thinking about exploring Kananaskis you will need a pass https://www.alberta.ca/kananaskis-conservation-pass. Banff requires a National park pass, aswell as Lake Louise and Jasper. Please see "Travel" for the link and more information.

What parking is available in Canmore and Banff?

Answer

Canmore: Paid Parking: Paid parking is in effect in downtown Canmore seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can pay for parking using a parking station or the Blinkay app. Free parking is available in certain lots. Banff: There is only one public pay zone in Banff downtown, requiring payment from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The fee is $7/hour year-round. Free parking is available at Banff Train Station, offering free, public parking with a time limit of nine hours per day.
