Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We are delighted to celebrate with those of you traveling from near and far. Your presence truly means so much to us, and we sincerely appreciate you making the journey to be part of our special day. To assist with your travel plans, we have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at a nearby Hilton property. Is there a dress code?
Answer
Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and longer style dresses. We kindly request that guests join us in formal attire as we celebrate this special day. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of the fall foliage. Please note that while the autumn colors will be stunning, the late-afternoon air may be cool, so we encourage guests to bring a wrap or jacket to stay cozy and comfortable throughout the celebration.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes. Please indicate your food allergy or special dietary requirements in the dietary restrictions section of the online RSVP so that we may accommodate your needs.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m.; we kindly recommend that guests arrive approximately 15-30 minutes beforehand to allow time to park, find their seats, and settle in before we begin.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation; if your invitation includes a plus-one (or names a guest), you’re welcome to bring that guest.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to limited capacity at our venue, only children who are specifically named on the invitations are able to be included. We truly love all of the little ones and sincerely appreciate your understanding.
