Our Love Story

I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the ages of this world alone.

Freshmen year, a lonely man, Michaela's broken foot, and a volleyball game. The beginning of their love story! Michaela and Connor met their freshman year at California State University, Chico. They joined their respected sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi, and fraternity, Alpha Sigma Phi and grew to know one another supporting each other's philanthropy and formal events. If it was a T-shirt dance or a burger at the famous Madison Bear Garden, Michaela and Connor grew their relationship. Michaela and Connor's love began in Chico, CA and soon met their first challenge when Connor had to move to Carmel, IN , while Michaela and her mother took the wedding floral community by storm with their family owned business, The Flower House. After two years of long distance, Michaela and Connor never missed a step. Connor moved back to California and began pursuing a new dream of becoming a pilot. Working to begin working for a Regional Airline by the end of this year! Diligently working long hours at the airport, Connor always seems to find time to treat his beloved Fíance. Michaela has dedicated years learning her mother's trade of being a wedding florist. They have been a powerhouse and an integral part in creating some of the most beautiful weddings in the Bay Area, CA. A small family business co-owner takes heart, time and dedication, not just from Michaela, however, from her entire family as well. This year, after eight years of being together, Michaela and Connor will finally have the opportunity of celebrating their love for each other with their friends and family. The wedding of their dreams. Michaela and Connor thank each and every person who has ever been apart of their experience and the path that led them to this magical occasion. "We're all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness - and call it love - true love" - Robert Fulghum
