Overnight rooms are sold to guests 21 years of age or older. Guests will be asked for a method of payment for the entire length of stay upon check in. For Credit Card and Debit Cards in addition to room and tax, a $50 deposit will authorized towards your credit card for incidental charges. If a debit card is used, the $50 deposit will be held for 7-10 business days after check out. A major credit card must guarantee all reserved rooms. All reservations will be subject to charge if cancelled less than (10) days before arrival. If indeed a guest does not show on the first night of the reservation, the reservation will be charged and the remainder of the stay cancelled. For the peaceful enjoyment of our overnight guests, only those registered will be allowed to remain in the guest room area after 10:00pm. In order to avoid cancellation fees guest must cancel reservations no later than (3/24/26). If cancelled after (3/24/26) guest will be charged for the total amount of the stay and the charge will be non-refundable. All rooms booked under the group rate code are agreeing to this cancellation policy at the time of reservation.
