Wedding Weekend

El Dorado Casitas Royale provides tasteful luxury for an adults-only escape. We decided to go all out and reserve an entire private section of this AAA Four Diamond Gourmet Inclusive® resort exclusively for our guests. Together we will enjoy our own private swimming pool and swim-up bar, a private white sand stretch of beach, and experience pampering by private butlers! All Casita Swim-Up Suites have direct access to the lazy river that floats you to our private pool and swim-up bar. Our group will have a dedicated bartender from 9 AM - 5 PM daily. The room block rates are valid through 2/27/23-3/6/23. There is a 3-night minimum stay, but we encourage you to stay as long as you can! Please reach out to info@beallinclusive.net for any travel requests or questions and include Gunther/Van Fossen Wedding in the subject line. All reservations are due no later than October 15th, 2022. Payment plans are available through Be All Inclusive if interested.

The welcome party starts Thursday, March 2nd at 4 PM at our private enclave. Enjoy a four-hour open bar and Mexican-themed dinner with a mariachi band and a donkey who will serve you a beer! *PLEASE WEAR WHITE TO THIS EVENT*

Beach Ceremony

This event is Beach Semi-Formal: Semi-formal beach attire
The beach ceremony begins Friday, March 3rd at 5 PM at Fuentes Beach. The ceremony will be taking place in the sand so wear appropriate shoes. The ceremony and reception attire is beach-semi formal. For her: Summer dress, above the knee, high-low, or maxi length & jumpsuits encouraged! For him: Khakis or linen pants, button downs, linen shirts, skip the tie!
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Enjoy an open bar with light bites following the wedding ceremony. We are arranging golf carts to pick guests up and take them to the reception at Palapa Ganesha. Reception is from 7-10 PM. After party plans to be announced at a later date.
