When should I arrive at the venue?

The ceremony starts at 4:30, so please arrive no earlier than 4PM.

Are children allowed?
Answer
Unless specified we ask that you please leave your kiddos at home or with a babysitter. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Once you receive your invite and go to our website to RSVP, you can see if you have a guest option. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, once you arrive at the venue you will take a left and can park in The Barn parking lot

What is the preferred attire for guests?
Answer
Semi-formal attire, please no jeans. The weather in May can be pretty unpredictable, with chances of rain and cold temperatures, especially at night. So bringing a jacket is definitely recommended!

Are there any hotel blocks available?
Answer
We did not get a hotel block, but we will be staying at the Hilton Homewood Suites in Issaquah that you can stay at. There is also the Hilton Garden Inn next door to Homewood. There are also Airbnb's in the area or hotels in the city (Seattle or Bellevue) depending on personal preference.

Will there be shuttles to and from the venue?

TBD, but there is parking at the venue and Ubers/Lyfts

Anything else I should know?
Answer
Yes! On May 5th, 2025, airports will be requiring that you have a REAL ID to travel via plane, so please either get that beforehand or bring your passport if you plan on flying to get here. Also- the main road in Issaquah leading to the venue can get pretty congested on Friday afternoons, so please give yourself a little extra time to get to the venue.
