About Farm Road Estate.

Farm Road Estate is a charming, picturesque inn nestled in West Dover Vermont. Located on 32 acres, with two ponds, hiking trails, a restaurant/bar, and accommodations. To enhance the celebrations, we’ve rented the entire property for the weekend to be close to the ones we love most!

What is cocktail and formal attire?
Answer
Cocktail attire is your elevated everyday wear. Think polished button down shirts or polos with pants for men, and dresses or skirts of varying lengths for the ladies. Use our wedding's formal attire as an opportunity to dress up! Men will typically wear suits and ties, and women will wear mid to long dresses.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, our wedding events will take place outdoors. The ceremony will be held in a grass field under an old willow tree, cocktail hour on the terrace, reception under a large tent, and the after party will be held on-site inside FRE speakeasy. All locations are within a quick walking distance of each other. The paths are unpaved so please be sure to wear appropriate shoes. For those requesting mobility assistance, golf cart transportation will be provided.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will take place at 4PM, please be sure to arrive by 3:45PM.

Where should I book my stay?
Answer
In addition to Farm Road Estate, we’ve also secured a room block at Farm Road Riverside. Rooms will be assigned to each guest. Each hotel requires a two-night minimum stay. Please do not book a location; you will receive more information on your stay in June 2025. If you have a strong preference of where you’d like to stay or plan to book alternative lodging at a different location, please reach out directly to Michael or Melissa.

Will there be transportation to/from the hotels?
Answer
For those staying in the Farm Road Riverside, transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony/reception. For those staying at Farm Road Estate, no transportation is required as the wedding events will be on premise.

Is parking available at Farm Road Estate?
Answer
Yes! There are plenty of parking spaces as we will be the only wedding party for the whole weekend.

If I have dietary restrictions, how should I let you know?
Answer
Please note any dietary needs when you RSVP online. The FRE chefs can happily make any accommodations.

Although we love your little ones, this is an adults only affair.
