Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation is for you plus 1, yes you can bring 1 other person. If your invitation does not state a plus 1, accept our apologies it was only meant for you. There is a limited amount of seats.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is an indoor/outdoor event, Black tie and ball gown is not required. We want our guest to be comfortable but we do not wish our guest to wear inappropriate clothing such as jeans, tank tops etc. .

Do I need cash for the bar?

Answer

We have taken care of your beverages for you. If you wish to tip the bartender this will be totally up to you. We ask that you do not bring any outside drinks.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Answer

NO, our venue is private with FREE parking. Come and enjoy yourself!

Is there a discount for the hotels that you have listed associated with your wedding?

Answer

No, we have only searched for nearby lodging and supplied location info.

Can I give a gift card from a store as a gift?

Answer

We have asked for monetary gifts only that we will use during our honeymoon. We have everything that we could possibly need. I'm sure you would agree LOL. We would not want anyone to stress over shopping for items that we already have.

How early can I come?

Answer

Please do not come no earlier than 30 minutes before the ceremony. There will be enough seats for all of our guests who was invited and RSVP. We have made it convenient for you to RSVP back. This website has a tab where you can reply if you do not wish to send the card back or call us.

Do the venue have air conditioning?

Answer

Yes, the venue have air conditioning for those who do not like to spend a lot of time outside. The food and bar is located in the pavilion but we are asking our guest to eat, drink and mingle outside around the pool, down by the water or in the area where you entered the pavilion and not sit in the dining area until we join you.

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, We ask you to do so for numerous reasons. Most important we need to have a final head count for our caterer prior to the event and a set table. All of our invited guests are important to us and we want to make our day special to everyone who took the time out to come and celebrate with us.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There are several ways to do so. This website that I have created on Zola allows you to click on a tab "RSVP" to decline or accept and whether or not you will be bringing your plus 1. (f a plus one was extended). You will also have a RSVP in your invitation that will have a stamped envelope for you to mail back. if you decide to call, please call the bride (804) 986-7438, because the groom is very busy and may forget your response.

Is this a smoke free venue?

Answer

You will not be able to smoke inside of the building, their is areas on the premises where you can smoke. We just ask that you do not toss your butts in the lake or the woods. Thank you in advance.
