You should have a minimum of 2 bags. 1 carry on bag and 1 checked luggage bag (There is a fee of $25 one way to check a bag at the airport). Your carry on bag should have an immediate change of clothes for the resort, Pens, Important travel documents such as passport, resort booking documents, tickets and wallet, phone and phone charger, headphones for movies on the plane, medications and snacks. Any valuable and cash should be in your carry on. Checked luggage bag: You will need to bring a combo of beach clothes and casual elegance attire. (See dress code below). Sun screen and more sunscreen! The sun is HOT there and I don't want to see anybody paying the $20 for aloe at the store. If you have specific personal items - bring them! Otherwise the resort provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bug spray, and lotion.
YES!!! All restaurants have a dress code. If you do not meet the dress code they will not seat you. Breakfast/Lunch: No swimsuits or beach cover ups. All men MUST have a shirt with sleeves. Dinner: No standard flip flops. Dressy sandals are fine. Men must wear long dress pants and collard shirt with sleeves. NICE dark wash jeans with no holes are also okay, but anything else will be out of place. Women must wear a dress or blouse with dress pants, skirt, or capris. No t-shirts. Wedding Attire: Beach casual theme. Think maxi and sun dresses, Khaki long dress pants, light linen long sleeved collared shirts, etc. Dress shoes and sandals.

No. This is a all inclusive adults only resort. All guests must be 18 years old or more. We hand picked all our guests to ensure a intimate wedding experience.
On the plane you will be given a Tourist Card to fill out prior to landing. You will need your resort address, passport # and flight # to complete the form. When you land you will first go through immigration. They will stamp your Tourist Card and passport. KEEP YOUR TOURIST CARD IN A SAFE PLACE. You will not be able to leave Mexico without this card. After immigration, you will collect your luggage and go through customs. They will check your bags for any illegal items. Then you can head out side to your scheduled airport transfer. Your transfer will be holding a sign with a logo. Find your correct logo and let them know your here for your shuttle transfer. They should have all your information already. You will be provided a document confirming your pick up time for your departure, terminal and flight information. KEEP THIS DOCUMENT IN A SAFE PLACE. You will provide this document to your pick up driver at your departure. The resort is approx. a 45 minute drive from the airport.
Important documents to carry with you in the airport - Passport, plane tickets, travel booking confirmation print out sheet (such as your flight confirmation #'s, resort address, etc), tourist card.
You will need your passport to check in at the hotel. They will ask you keep a credit card on file for any expenses during your stay (such as spa treatments/bottles of wine). They will also try to upsell you on several items (Say no, whatever it is you don't need it). Check in is not until 3pm, so you might have to explore the resort and have lunch before you get your room. The lobby will hold on to your luggage for you until your room is ready (Remember to hold on to your luggage ticket).
