Should you not be able to get a room in the room block, the Hilton is 10-15 minutes from the wedding venue.
Train
If you are coming from NYC, the best train station to go into is Syosset from Penn Station. Syosset train station to the mansion is a 5 minute uber ride and a 11 minute uber ride to the main hotel.
Shuttle

Getting to the Mansion: We recommend using the Viana hotel shuttle and secondary shuttle or an uber. Viana Hotel Shuttle and Secondary Shuttle Times: Both will be departing the Viana promptly at 4:45pm and then both returning for a second trip departing the hotel promptly at 5:15pm. Getting back to Viana Hotel: The Viana hotel shuttle will be making trips starting at 11:30pm. A large coach bus will be provided following the after party at 12:30am back to the Viana Hotel & Spa.
