Great local place to enjoy nature!
Ox Bow Park
There is a $3 fee to enter, but we have spent much of our time here playing Pokemon Go and walking the trails.
Wellfield Botanic Gardens
Where Mike proposed! They have beautiful flowers and lots of walking trails. Brisa could get lost in here for hours! $10/ person to enter
Savage
Cards & Collectibles! If you're anything like Mike, you love to rip Pokemon packs or just enjoy the nostalgia of your childhood. No better place than Savage!
Signature Lanes/Club300/Club300Golf
This bowling alley/ bar has been a great spot to go on dates, hang with friends and play arcade games! With a golf simulator, this is Mike's go to spot in the winter months. We highly recommend!
University of Notre Dame
If you are staying in Goshen/ Elkhart, you are about 30-40 mins from Notre Dame! Mike and Brisa have been to many different games there over the years. The campus is beautiful to walk and there is a book store open to the public with apparel. Eddy St. has much of the night life from campus. It will be during the summer vacation, but may still be worth checking out. We highly recommend!! GO IRISH!
Fruit Hills Winery & Orchard
Local winery! Home to Brisa's favorite wine slushies! Great for a quick date or to hang out and enjoy the live band. May need to check website for hours.
Angel's House Of Pancakes
A favorite breakfast date for Mike & Brisa.
Essenhaus Inn & Conference Center
They have a fantastic breakfast buffet if you go before 10 AM ! They also offer lunch and dinner options as well. Attached is a gift shop and bakery. Amish style comfort food.

Good knock off Mexican food! Has become a tradition to go on Mike's birthdays.
El Maguey Grill
Mike's dad's favorite mexican restaurant! Find him here every Tuesday for tacos and margs!
Down Under
Hidden completely underground, this bar is a local favorite for Mike & Brisa's date nights. Food was great, but the experience was better!
Iechyd Da Brewing Company
Where we went for lunch after the proposal! They have some of the best pizza in Indiana, with a great vibe! They have a bar stocked and ready for you.
South Side Soda Shop
A blast from the past with their signature sodas made the old fashion way! This soda shop should definitely be added to your itinerary!! Featured on Guy Fieri 's Diners/Drive-ins/Dives !!
Vanilla Bean Creamery
Sweet tooth? Stop in for the best ice cream in the area! There are too many flavors to choose from! This is a favorite of Mike's mom!
