The Smith House The shuttle will pick up guests at the back of the hotel at 3:50pm. Please be outside and ready to board at least 5 minutes prior! Holiday Inn The shuttle will pick up guests at the back of the hotel at 3:45pm. Shuttle will be located behind the parking deck on Choice Avenue. Please be outside and ready to board at least 5 minutes prior! Comfort Inn The shuttle will pickup at 3:45pm at the front of the hotel. Please be outside and ready to board at least 5 minutes prior! Smith House Cottages For guests staying in the Smith House Cottages, the shuttle will pick up at 4:00pm following picking up guests at the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn. Please be outside and ready to board at least 5 minutes prior! Shuttle Return Service Following the reception, all four shuttles will pick up at White Oaks at 10:00pm. Shuttles will make two trips if needed to accommodate all guests needing travel back to our reserved hotels.

The Smith House

There are 3 options available for lodging at the Smith House – the Inn, the Lodge, and multiple cottages nearby. To make your reservation, please call 706-725-8296 and mention the Rembisz/Dunbar wedding. Please note that the first night’s lodging is required when you make your reservation. Historic Inn: The 1899 Historic Inn has a variety of room sizes located in the Main and Carriage House. Queen rooms, Double rooms, and Suites are available. 16 rooms are available. Single Queen -$175 per night plus taxes Double - $195 per night plus taxes The Inn is 2 stories and the 2nd story is only available by stairs (no elevator) The Lodge: Rooms are configured as a King or Double Queen accommodation with some suites available. Select rooms offer balconies and connecting rooms are also available. $195-$215 per night plus taxes depending on the type of room All the rooms in the lodge have elevator access CANCELLATION POLICY: 72-hours is allowed with a full refund.
