FAQs

Question

Can we attend the ceremony?

Answer

While we would love to have you there, we are getting married in a private ceremony at the courthouse. With very little space and very little actual "ceremony", attendance will be minimal. Don't worry - you won't be missing much. It will be very informal & quick!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 10 through the RSVP tab at the top of this page. If it is not visible, please contact Harley or Michael directly.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

In the words of World Series Champion Manager Joe Maddon, "If you think you look hot, you wear it." Be as dressed up as you want to be - no pressure. It's a bar reception. There will probably be a bar crawl afterwards. Formal, business casual, cocktail, it's up to you.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Whenever you can make it, we will be there from 6 - 9 p.m.

Question

Is there parking at McNally's?

Answer

Parking in downtown St. Charles can be tricky. We recommend arriving early to secure parking. Street parking, the garage between 1st Street and 2nd Street, or the Public Parking lot at the corner of Cedar Street and 3rd Street, are good options to check. All are free and only a few-minute walk to McNally's.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome to join us at McNally's.

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Our official end time at McNally's is 9 p.m. For anyone not ready to go home, we plan to keep the party going with a bar crawl in St. Charles afterwards.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We are not asking for or expecting gifts. However, if you insist, contributions to our home improvement fund (on the Registry tab) are very much appreciated.
