Groom
Micha, you have always been someone I’ve looked up to, and I don’t mean the literal 14inches between us. I always say I’m going ask Jesus to skip you, because I love everything about you. Our friendship has been amazing, our courtship even more amazing. I’ve learned so much from you, in how your Christian qualities abound and you put the kingdom first. I’ve had so much fun being your friend, girlfriend and I can’t wait to be your wife! I wish this page had no word limit so I could recount the joyful days we had and the adventures you took me on and the wonderful way you treat me and make me feel. Thank you for the sacrifices you’ve made for me and for making me happy, the way you read the Bible with my every day, how you prayed with me every day. I love you with all my heart-beijos baby!
Bride
My Proverbs 31! Plain and simple...I met this pretty young lady over 14 years ago back in Houston, TX. Amongst all of the blessings that I would enjoy during my time there it was the relationship with Bri that would eventually blossom that has meant the most. I have loved learning about you, you are kind, selfless, considerate, studious, loving, reassuring, loving, fine, thoughtful, beautiful, supportive, gorgeous, funny and more, I never thought that I would actually have the opportunity to marry her. I think the world of you. Jehovah knew exactly what I wanted and needed as I would bug him constantly about finding the perfect girl. I know that for millenniums to come you will always give me reason to fall even more in love with you. Thank you, I look forward to eternity with you love! 😘
Best Man
Aka Poet, Troy is my first brother, we met in Denver where I spent my childhood and over our 15 year friendship/broship Troy has always been there for me as a tremendous supporter. He has always been a good example for me growing up, taking his service to Jehovah seriously. Some of my best ab workouts came from laughing so hard when we were together. I have a lot of fond memories with Troy. I was the best man in his wedding years ago and because of how our relationship has developed over the years it was a no brainer when it came to the selection of my best man.
Groomsman
Aka Sergeant. Mike got this nickname as we go back over ten years when met each other as teenagers in Houston TX, we were a dynamic duo on the basketball court. Some of my fondest memories with Mike were hanging out at his house, going to gatherings together and an epic trip to Puerto Rico. I really grew to appreciate Mike over the years as he has always been encouraging, reaching out and offering himself for bethel service, single brothers school and most recently SKE. Over the years he has definitely been an iron to sharpen me. I was truly honored to be in his wedding and now its only right to ask him to be apart of mine.
Groomsman
Aka Curt T, Curtis and I worked together at Wallkill in the maintenance department. What I appreciated about Curtis was seeing how hard of a worker he was, his kind and respectful nature and how studious he was, you could always find him in the library. I have learned a lot from him over the years. We have shared many of laughs over the years, as a matter of fact his laugh makes me laugh. I look forward to having him as a groomsman on our big day.
Groomsman
Aka CEO, me and Ron had the world in our hands as we traveled around the world together for a solid 3 years. I have been impressed at how much Ron has done for his age, never seeking any recognition he just keeps working on himself spiritually to be the best witness he can be. His honesty and love has made him an amazing friend that I am so glad to have. So proud to have such a solid brother/friend in my life and now to have him in my wedding is a true joy.
Maid of Honor
Gabby Adams is inarguably one of my oldest friends. We were toddlers when we met at the Kingdom Hall where we were both raised in Houston TX. I have pictures I can blackmail her with but since she can probably come up with worse retaliation I wouldn’t dare. As we got older Gabby and I really bonded over future goals and our desire to serve Jehovah whole souled. I learned through our friendship I can trust her with anything. My fondest memories with her were our trips to NY to tour bethel and regular early morning field service where we would truly bond over our coffee breaks. The day she got married was one of the happiest days of my life, she was one of the prettiest brides ever and I was privileged to be her maid of honor. What a greater privilege that she is mine.
Bridesmaid
I’ve often called her my long lost friend because I wish we had met years ago! Avie and I knew of each other through mutual friends but we officially met at a gathering in 2014. The way she flourished in her bethel assignment doing tours at Warwick while balancing pioneering, secular work and simultaneously gaining a solid reputation for being hospitable set a great example for me. She’s helped me in ways she’d never know as her comments at meetings always massaged my heart and mind. I miss hearing them but for good reason as she now signs her comments since reaching out in the sign language field. She was one of the 1st people around when we got engaged, her support in helping me prepare for the wedding has meant the world to me. I’m grateful she will be a bridesmaid for our big day!
Bridesmaid
There is a saying that big things come in small packages, there couldn’t be more truth to that when it comes to this special friend. I recall when I became endeared to her, a few weeks after we met I was baptized a 3 hour drive from home, how shocked I when Nathalie drove that distance to attend because she wanted to support me! Since I’ve known her all she’s done is encourage my service and loyalty to Jehovah. In 2013 we went to visit the branch in Mexico together, I remember her telling me I should apply to bethel shortly after that I got accepted to Wallkill. We haven’t seen each other much over the years for a wonderful reason as she’s been need-greating in the Turkish field over the past 5 years!!!! I’m so grateful for her friendship and that she’ll be a bridesmaid on our special day!
Bridesmaid
The definition of perseverance and determination, if I kept elaborating I would run out of room. We became friends in 2009 when I moved to her congregation in Houston TX. She was one of the most genuine, self sacrificing, people I have ever met. When I first got to know Paige one of the things I appreciated most is that her genuine desire to see me succeed. I recall wanting to learn a trade to support my pioneering, thanks to Paige’s guidance and support I ended up taking nursing, which ended up being my bethel assignment. Regardless of what my obstacle was she’s always helped to be confident I could succeed when I thought I would fail. She’s a great wife and an amazing mother of the cutest 3 year old I’ve ever met! I’m so thankful she will be a bridesmaid on our special day.
MC
I remember my first day at Wallkill, I was waiting in the lobby to find out where I would be assigned , I hear a loud friendly voice call my name and I was introduced to Patrick Joyner. Ironically he was also from Houston we had mutual friends and I was in the same hall as his sister for few years. I was blessed to work in the infirmary with him for a few years where he truly treated me like an older brother always lending a listening ear and giving wise advice. I appreciate the way he and his amazing wife Nadira welcomed me to Wallkill with open arms and supported Micha and I during our courtship. So excited he will be our MC!
