We were so lucky that these three were able to join in our best day ever!

Lauren and Kristen are best friends and sisters. Although they live far away currently, they meet up for all the important stuff including Badger games, trips to Japan, Gwen Stefani concerts, and this wedding! Kristen and Patrick have become so close that they consistently order identically at bars and restaurants.

Chris was the Elope-man at Lauren and Patrick’s wedding, which includes duties such as witness, ring bearer, cigar bearer, and assistant to the flower girl. Chris is a close friend to the couple, and boyfriend to the Maid of Honor. Lauren and Patrick met Chris during another major milestone in their relationship. Since then they've gone on multiple trips together, ranging from Tulsa to Thailand.

Chris Herbst

Phoebe is a spoiled and stubborn old Pekingese and the couple's first born child. Lauren adopted Phoebe seven years ago, and when Patrick and Phoebe met it was love at first sight. The family of three enjoys snacks, naps, and cuddles, in that order.
