The safety of our guests is very important. The venue is held outdoors in order to limit the spread of Covid-19. Masks are not required, but encouraged, particularly when approaching the buffet.
Cocktail, please. We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Ladies, do keep in mind, you may have to briefly walk through grass and thin heels can sink in. Gents, do not feel obligated to wear a jacket or tie. It's summer and HOT!
We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off so you can dance the night away with us!
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Please arrive between 15 and 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the ceremony.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held under the sun, while the reception will be held underneath a pavilion. Please plan accordingly. We recommend sunscreen.
If it is drizzling, the event will be held outdoors and umbrellas will be provided. In the case of a downpour, the event will be moved into the Fest Room on site.
Yes. A buffet with a variety of hand-selected options will be provided.
There will be an open bar run by two generous friends of the bride. They have spent a year serving the community of STL at College Bound and have offered their time to the couple free of charge. Please consider bringing cash tips for them if you enjoy their service!
The venue does not have a shuttle service, however, several hotels in the area do. Please call your hotel for more information.
Yes, although the pathways are a combination of brick, grass, and unpaved driveway. The venue also provides golf cart service for all elderly and physically ailed guests that are not in wheelchairs.
Yes and no. During the ceremony, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away. Throughout the rest of the festivities, we encourage guests to take pictures to later post on their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #micandmitchgethitched so we can enjoy all of your pictures!
