Question

What should I/we wear?

Answer

Black-tie optional Gives guests a couple of formal options to choose from. Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can opt for a dark suit, white shirt and dress shoes . Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors. Please dress accordingly.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typical weather mid-November in Pennsylvania ranges from 50-75 degrees.

Question

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. We recommend guests arrive 10-15 minutes early to avoid disruptions.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding venue has an attached parking lot available for guests. Cars must be off-site by 8am the following day (Sunday November 16, 2025) to avoid a charge. If staying at one of the hotel blocks, transportation will be provided - please leave your car at home!

Question

Should I bring cash?

Answer

The wedding cocktail hour and reception are open-bar and are free of charge to our guests. Please enjoy! Tipping servers is not necessary, as this will be covered separately. If attending the after-party, bringing a method of payment and personal identification (ie. Driver's License) is recommended!

Question

There are no rooms available in the hotel room block. What should I do?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, please let Micah or Nicole know and we can give you some personal recommendations.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately at this time, unless explicitly noted on your invitation, children are not invited to the wedding ceremony and reception.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. Unless noted on your invitation, unfortunately plus-ones are not permitted.
