Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would greatly appreciate it if you could RSVP by September 20th. We are trying hard to get a clear idea of the number of guests in order to provide ample space for social distancing.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be seated no later than 3:45. The elevator to the ceremony floor will be stopped shortly before the start of the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refrain from bringing a plus one unless they are already listed under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love kids, but there will not be a "kid's table" or provided activities.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Turnbull Building does not have a designated parking lot; however, there is street parking surrounding the building. There is also a paid parking lot (free after 6pm) only a couple of blocks away from the venue with access on Chestnut Street. If you book a room at the Staybridge Suites, you will be able to walk to the venue!

Question

What precautions are you taking against COVID-19?

Answer

We do ask that all guests commit to social distancing for two weeks leading up to the wedding. If you experience ANY symptoms, please refrain from attending for the safety of others. Please bring a mask to wear during the ceremony and for walking around during the reception. We are encouraging social distancing by providing ample seating at the ceremony with well spaced rows. For the reception, there will be a seating chart that groups individuals with those that they may have been in contact with or with other low or high risk persons respectively. We cannot wait to really celebrate by dancing and for the sake of remembering these times of celebration with photos of candid smiles, we will not require a mask on the dance floor (though not discouraged). Please enter the dancing area at your own risk, or stand at least six feet away from area if you wish to dance too; there will be plenty of room surrounding the main dancing area.
