When should I RSVP by? Please RSVP by November 20th! Can I change my rsvp after submitting it? If you've accepted the invitation but find that you can no longer attend, please reach out immediately and no later than December 15th so we can plan accordingly.

The Venue

Our ceremony will take place outdoors at the beautiful Venture Retreat Center in Pescadero, CA. Since the weather can be unpredictable, please come prepared for rain or shine with outerwear and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. The reception will follow under a heated tent to keep everyone cozy, with warm drinks and outdoor fire pits (weather-permitting). Restrooms are located outdoors and reflect the venue’s rustic charm, featuring nicely decorated outhouses and a few portable options. We can’t wait to celebrate with you—whatever the weather brings!

What time should I arrive by? Please arrive no later than 2:15 pm to ensure that you have adequate time to find parking and enter the venue.

Is there parking at the venue? Yes! However, parking is very limited. Overflow cars will need to park at the local high school and guest will take a shuttle into venue. Please carpool with friends and family if possible!

What is your dress code? Our dress code is semiformal. Think suits and cocktail dresses. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be held in a tented area with heaters. We recommend layers and warm coats! What kind of weather should I prepare for? Pescadero weather in late December can be cold and include some rain. Check the forecast. We will update guests closer to the date. A wedding celebration is planned, rain or shine!

What is the best routes to the venue?

Answer

From the East Bay, take 101>92> Hwy 1 South towards Half Moon Bay. From the North Bay, take Hwy 1 South toward Half Moon Bay From the South Bay, take 17 South to 1 North. Recommended: Avoid Hwy 84 through La Honda as it is mostly one lane with sharp curves.
