We're getting married!!

We met on July 24, 2021, exactly five years before our wedding date. Micah's family was hosting an outdoor party that Merari attended. During the party, the sunny weather changed and it quickly began to rain. As others left, Merari stayed and helped Micah run out into the rain to grab the party supplies. Running in and out of the rain together, we both got a sense that there was something special about the other person. When we finally finished grabbing the lawn supplies, we talked in the living room as time stood still. Right before Merari left, Micah asked for her number, and we texted for hours that night. We talked constantly and quickly began dating. And now, five years later, we are finally taking the next step and joining together in marriage!!!
