Are you having a ceremony before the cocktail hour?

Answer

We had our marriage ceremony in beautiful Hood River, Oregon on March 1st, 2025. We have opted to not do another ceremony. For this event, we just want to celebrate our love with our friends and family.... and party!

What should I expect for the cocktail hour?

Answer

We are having a wide variety of both hand held and passed Hor's d'Oeuvres as well as cocktails. Come hungry! Dinner to immediately follow. Open bar for cocktail hour and dinner / reception.

Which airport should I use?

Answer

Chicago O'Hare and Chicago Midway are both large airports, approximately 1.5 hours from the venue. However, also check Milwaukee Mitchel International Airport (cute airport, way less traffic) and approximately the same distance to the venue. Chicago Rockford International Airport is another option but with limited destinations, approximately 30 minutes from the venue.

Do you have a hotel room block set up?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel room block at the Best Western Legacy Inn and Suites in Beloit, 15 minutes away from the venue. https://www.bestwestern.com/en_US/book/hotel-rooms.14181.html?groupId=8D1JC0Q2 Other options that would not allow a room block but may still have availability for Friday night, May 2nd include Hotel Goodwin and Ironworks Hotel in Beloit. There is also a Home2Suites by Hilton, 20 minute drive from venue.

We love your little ones, but thought you would enjoy a night off! This is an adults only affair.
