Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
We love your little ones! However, we decided to keep our wedding an adults only event. Please find a sitter for the weekend, bring your dancing shoes and enjoy a nice weekend away on us! Thank you for understanding! If you have any questions please reach out and we would be happy to talk more!
At Christikon! We have rented out the camp as a whole so you will not need to pay for lodging! We highly recommend that you stay with us at Christikon! If you decide to not stay at Christikon, there are a few airbnb type locations along the boulder river near camp, but space there is limited. The nearest hotel is over two hours away from camp in Big Timber. If you will not be staying the night, please let Katie or Micah know for cabin planning purposes!
Expect a cabin with bunk beds and separate communal bathhouses all with electricity. If you have further questions please defer to the Christikon website! https://christikon.org/ - resources - camp housing/buildings
https://christikon.org/ If you are curious about Christikon and would like to know a little more about where our wedding will be taking place, check out the camp website!
Please pack like you will be spending a weekend in the mountains. (Because you will!) It will be chilly in the mornings and evenings. Inclement weather is a real possibility so rain jackets are a good idea. Bring a sleeping bag and/or bedding and a pillow. Bring a towel and toiletries. If you would like a more comprehensive list please reach out to Katie or Micah!
There is not cell coverage, but camp has a landline phone. Plan on not having service or internet access for your time up at Christikon!
You will be able to park at camp!
Dressy causal attire. We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual. Think mid-length/midi dresses, sundresses, or lightweight seperates. Due to uneven ground and the outdoor ceremony, we suggest flats or wedge heels. Alternatively, guests can wear a light dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are optional. Please no blue jeans or sneakers.
Both will be at Christikon! We are planning on ceremony in the meadow (weather permitting) and the reception in the main lodge.
Ceremony begins at 3PM sharp! Please be to Christikon on August 8th at 1PM at the latest. (Remember that it takes a significant amount of time to get up to camp so please plan accordingly.)
Please do it as soon as you are able, but no later than July 1st!
We will not have an official bar. We will provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks but we are asking that you bring a beverage of your choice to share! Think six-pack of beer, wine bottle, spirit with mixer, or N/A beverage.
