When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 1st, 2026. If you do not RSVP (or verbally confirm with us that you're coming) we will assume you will not be there, and we will not save you a seat. Our guest list will be finalized by that date, and cannot accommodate last minute additions. If you can make it, we will see you there! :) If you can't make it, we completely understand, and would love to celebrate with you later.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be Formal/"Texas Formal" Ladies are welcome to wear mid to full length dresses. It will be February so it'll be cold. Guys are welcome to wear jeans or slacks with a dress shirt. A blazer or suit jacket is recommended. Cowboy boots are allowed.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

With limited space and many loved ones to include, plus-ones are reserved for: spouses, fiancés, and significant others we know personally. If any of these apply to you, your invitation will be addressed to you and your guest, and there will be an option for you when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding! :)

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

There is limited space, so we are only able to accommodate the children in our family.

Is smoking/vaping allowed on the venue property?

Answer

Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed inside of any of the buildings, it must be done outside in designated areas. Please do not smoke or vape during our ceremony. Thank you :)

Which airports are close to your venue?

Answer

The San Antonio International Airport is closest, but there is also the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
