What should I wear?

Answer

We would love our guests to wear formal attire! We highly encourage people to wear bright summer colors like the color scheme provided above or florals! Please, nothing pale yellow or white (or anything close).

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Plus-ones are only available to those specifically named on the invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear there. If you have any specific questions, reach out to us directly!

Only children specifically named on your invitation are invited to attend.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Parking will be available on-site for all guests, although we highly encourage carpooling if possible. If guests want to park overnight at the Pavilion lot, please get a parking pass from the attendant or bartender on the day of the wedding. Cars, trucks, and trailers must be picked up by 10:00am the following day. Failure to pick up the following day will result in your vehicles being towed.

Does the elevation change anything?

Answer

Silverthorne's elevation is around 8000 feet and surrounding areas reach up to 14000 in elevation. Traveling quickly from low elevations can cause breathing issues for some since the air is less dense. While most people do just fine, we suggest staying hydrated and possibly spending a day or two at an altitude of 4000-6000. This gives the body time to acclimate to large elevation changes. Denver is a great option, and we can help suggest some places! At high elevation, alcohol may hit a little stronger as well— so please sip slowly, drink water and electrolytes, and enjoy responsibly!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside, with the reception following and being mostly inside. The average temperature of Silverthorne in July is a high of 76 degrees and a low of 40 degrees.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

What type of bar will be provided?

Answer

Our bar will be a combination bar with wine, beer, and seltzers provided. Drinks will be available to purchase! Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited due to the venue’s liquor licensing.
