You can RSVP using the site. Stop what you are doing and look up at the top right hand side of the menu bar. See where it says "RSVP", go there and enter in your name. RSVP prompts will follow. We will receive your RSVP once you have submitted. No payment required to RSVP. If that is too fancy-shmancy for you, then just send us a text and we will enter the info for you. Please RSVP even if you are not able to make it so we can have an accurate headcount. xo
We LOVE your kids, but have decided to make this an adults only event. This is a weekend for you to relax and kick back, stay up late and sleep in a little. Only children of the immediate family will be present during the weekend.
Any lodging on site has already been assigned and if you have not specifically been invited to stay in lodging then, alas, it is not available to you. Camping on site is available Saturday and Sunday night! Camping = $35 a night.
Yes. Tents and RVs are $35/night. You can hook up your RV to power from one of the cabins, if you bring an extension cord. This will most likely only offer 30 amps. Something to consider if you happen to have an RV with 50 amps requirements.
You can RSVP now and pay later. All payments can be made directly to Ian via venmo, cash or check. Due by your departure date from Loloma Lodge. Venmo @idoss
You don't have to reserve a campsite. You just need to let us know you are camping and you can pick a spot to set up tent once you arrive. You can simply RSVP for camping. Payment due by your departure date from Loloma Lodge. Cash, check, or venmo to Ian (@idoss).
Micah and Ian are providing limited food. They will have a grazing table with all sorts of snacks, finger foods, and small bites starting at 12pm on Saturday, the 4th. They will also be providing dinner at 5:30pm. -If you are camping on site: Bring food, a cooler, and ice with you. You will have access to the fire pits and are welcome to bring your own camp stoves. We see you, you camping folks! There can be limited access to kitchens if you let us know you will need a kitchen ahead of time. -If you are staying near Loloma Lodge: Stop in town (Bend, Portland, Eugene) and pick up groceries to have at your rental. There is only one small market near the lodge with limited food and grocery options. -If you are staying in town: Just remember to feed yourself as you see fit before arriving on site!
Please do not bring your dog. The property ends at a fast moving river and does not have a fence to keep pups away from the road. Bride and groom dogs only.
This is a semi-casual event. Please, leave your 6 inch heels at home as we will be spending most of our time on soft grass and pea gravel. Think forest boho vibes or an outfit that would be described as "dapper". Go ahead, wear that hipster outfit. Have a fancy fur jacket? Bring it! Have that one outfit that feels a little too fancy for a night out on the town, but a little too funky for your friends formal black tie wedding; sounds perfect! Been needing an excuse to grow a mustache? You're welcome. We will be having a fancy sock contest so bring you favorite pair or find a new one for the occasion and express yourself with some fun feet! We will be spending a lot of time outdoors so please remember your jackets.
There will be plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use whether you are staying on site or arriving for the ceremony+party. There are bathrooms by the camping area (shower included), as well as bathrooms near the reception area. You will have a space to get ready and relieve yourself! ADA accessible.
Don't be! Well, you can be. It is the PNW, but we will have plenty of covered areas, heaters, blankets and we advise you bring a jacket, sweater, sweatshirt, blazer, or parka. Whatever you are into.
We want to see your fanciest, funniest, most colorful, or silly sock fashion. You will get to show off your fancy foot wear. Prizes for the fanciest feet!
