Chuck and I have been thick as thieves since the 3rd grade. Affectionally known as my "Sandbox," she and I have endured endless highs, tough lows, and everything in between together. From elementary school, to our days at Hampton, and all through adulthood, I've never known someone who loves her, cherishes her, and protects her like Micah. We've dreamt about this day for over 30 years and I'm so excited to see my best friend marry the love of her life.

Once we returned for our official freshman year, our status changed to friends and we became inseparable. 21 years later, there's been growth and change, but our friendship has remained the same. She is my "Big Little Sister Cousin" because our mothers are the Hinton Sisters, making us first cousins. Since birth we've been by each other's side for all the good, bad and wild stories. She is the ultimate family member who celebrates every member of the family and brings the life of the party wherever she goes. There is nowhere else I would rather than be than supporting her in this milestone of experiencing her heart's desire of starting a family with Micah.

I met Micah when I was about 9 or 10 years old in Ms. Eskridge’s 5th grade class in Ft. Stewart, Georgia. Back then we played basketball and we rode our bikes all over the neighborhood. When we got to the 7th grade both of us moved away before 8th grade. Neither of us even had the opportunity to say goodbye. After college I moved to Washington DC, and with the help of Facebook, i found my long lost brother. I contacted him to let him know I was coming to Virginia Beach for vacation and we linked up. Ever since then both Micah and I have always made an effort to keep our friendship in tact. I visited him down in Virginia and he would often come to Washington DC. I definitely value our friendship and I am proud to be a part of one of the happiest moments in his life.

Micah and I met back in 2008 when I started working at PRA. We didn’t become friends until I moved into the same area of business as him and our desk sat next to each other at work. Over that time we would talk and shoot the breeze. Eventually we become friends that you invite out to the bar to get drinks and a good time. Micah has seen me through a many of life events such as career moves, getting married and having kids. I intend to do the same for him and be there for him as he was for me.

I met Charcelle about 15 years ago when I first started promoting parties. I saw her and thought she was a little too young to be in my party so I walked up to her and asked her, " Are you old enough to attend my party." She looked at me with that look she gives EVERYBODY when she's about to get pissed off! She said, "If i'm in here that should tell you that I am old enough to be wherever I want to be!" She was a feisty little one, but to find out years later, she is truly a sweetheart, a loving young lady and that lady is now my little sister and she has been that since day one. I'm so happy that God gave her a husband, a SOLID brother at that...lol. Micah and Charcelle, you guys are made for each other. You too are definitely a perfect match from God.
