When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We can't wait to have you at our special day! Please RSVP as soon as you can so we can coordinate with our vendors. However, the deadline is March 11th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm please be there no later than 4:30 pm due to the long drive into the venue and golf cart transportation.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, it will appear on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is encouraged, but we want our guests to be comfortable. Jeans are okay with a nice polo or shirt & formal dresses for the women short or long. Whatever you are comfortable in, we are just happy you are here!

Wildlife at the Venue WHAT???

Answer

Our amazing venue has free-range elk and deer on the property. Please be careful driving in and out of the venue and give yourself some time to look at the wildlife as you drive in, hopefully they will be out and about!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be drinks during the cocktail hour and reception! Drinks on us! Drive home safely! Please no BYOB, our venue has a strict policy on licensed bartending only!

Where will the events be held?

Answer

The Ceremony will be held outside! Cocktail hour will be held inside/outside! Reception with be held inside!
